HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
CHEST
To measure the chest circumference, do it from the widest part, always with the tape parallel to the floor.
WAIST
To measure the waist, measure around the narrowest part of the waist, always with the tape parallel to the floor. If you are not sure where your waist is, try bending to one side, the turning point marks your waist.
HIP
To measure the hip circumference, stand with both feet together. measure the widest part of your hips, always with the tape parallel to the floor.
