The Web allows you to manage the online purchase of Black Flamingo® brand clothing and accessories.

The owner is exonerated of any responsibility derived from:

1. Failures on the Web due to force majeure, fortuitous events, or other causes not attributable to it.
2. Technical and / or mechanical problems or viruses produced during connection to the Internet (either through the Web or third-party platforms), in computer systems (software and hardware) or in electronic documents and files stored on computer equipment.
3. The access of minors to the contents included in the Web, being the responsibility of their parents or guardians to exercise adequate control over the activity of the minor children in their care.

In the event that your request is not resolved satisfactorily, you may go to the ordinary jurisdiction or process your claim through the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr, which will provide a free single point of access for the extrajudicial resolution.

5. MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS

Black Flamingo may modify this Legal Notice if it communicates to the Users, a requirement that the parties expressly agree that it is understood that the publication of the variations through the Web is fulfilled.
